Improve Customer Service

I had a refrigerator delivered today and 14 calls and almost 3 hours on the telephone later, most on hold, later my simple issue was not resolved. I finally gave up. 

We had a refrigerator delivered today with no paperwork including the owner's manual. I called every number imaginable and given to me by the various agents including the ones I could barely understand in the Philippines. I was simply wanted an owners manual sent to me. You could not believe the overall incompetence of Sears Customer Service agents and the goat rope I was put through. Although most were very nice, they were of no help. I made a mistake buying from Sears and won't do it again. Thank God I opted to pass on their extended warranty and went with SquareTrade instead.
